What’s wrong with talking with a cough?

Speaking with a cough, clinically possible causes are chronic laryngitis, chronic bronchitis, cough variant asthma and so on. 1. Chronic pharyngolaryngitis: mainly manifested as chronic inflammation of the pharyngeal mucosa and submucosal lymph nodes, with clinical manifestations such as foreign body sensation, irritation or dryness in the pharynx, accompanied by symptoms such as sore throat and coughing, which may aggravate when speaking. 2. Chronic bronchitis: this disease refers to the inflammation of the bronchial tubes, which is typically characterized by recurrent congestion and edema of the bronchial mucosa, and the bronchial tubes are easily stimulated and coughing occurs when the people suffering from this disease speak. 3. Cough variant asthma: the typical manifestation of this disease is irritating dry cough, people with this disease are more likely to be stimulated by the respiratory tract and related symptoms, such as violent cough. Colds, exercise, talking and inhaling cold air may trigger this type of asthma, and in some cases acute exacerbation may occur. In addition, emotional factors and localized occupations in the upper airways may also contribute to these symptoms.
