What to do with mild grade 2 proliferative IgA nephropathy of the tethered membrane

Mild grade 2 IgA nephropathy with proliferative membranous nephropathy can be treated with general treatment and medication as prescribed by doctor.
1. General treatment: avoid overwork, prevent infection and avoid the use of nephrotoxic drugs.
2. Drug therapy: ACEI or ARB drugs such as captopril and irbesartan can be used to lower blood pressure and reduce urinary protein, and glucocorticoids and cytotoxic drugs such as prednisone and cyclophosphamide can be used if necessary. Patients with severe edema can use furosemide and other diuretics to relieve symptoms.
All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication. For patients with mild grade 2 IgA nephropathy, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals in time and receive standardized treatment under doctor’s guidance.
