Onion Functions and Effects

Onions are a common vegetable and a key ingredient in many dishes. Besides being delicious, onions have many health benefits:
1. Rich in nutrients: onions are rich in vitamin C, B6, fiber and potassium.
2. Helps digestion: onions contain fiber, which helps promote bowel movements and improve intestinal health.
