What herbs can you take for gout

Chinese herbs that can be taken for gout include Duhuo, Sanghongsheng, Gentiana Macrophyllae, and Weilingxian, etc., but they need to be used in combination with other Chinese herbs under the doctor’s diagnostic guidance.
1. Duhuo: It has the effect of dispelling wind-dampness, relieving pain, and relieving symptoms. It is used for treating pain in the lower back and knees, and headache caused by wind-cold and dampness. Wei Ling Xian: It is used for treating bone, carp, throat, bruises, headache, toothache, stomach and epigastric pains, phlegm (pathological products formed as a result of impaired metabolism of water), women’s impediment (lumps in the lower abdomen of women), lumps in breast, etc. It is not recommended for people who are weak in qi and blood. Caution should be exercised for those who are weak in qi and blood.
