Concussion syndrome, usually referred to as concussion, is a series of clinicopathologic symptoms caused by head trauma, including autonomic dysfunction, irritability and anxiety, headache, etc. It can be intervened by general treatment, medication and other measures. 1. General treatment: patients are advised to take bed rest, avoid strenuous activities, eat a light diet, and quit smoking and drinking. Through exchanges with family members and doctors, patients can keep their moods happy, maintain confidence in the treatment, and avoid anxiety and fear. 2. Drug therapy: drugs should be used according to the doctor’s instructions, not self-medication. (1) For the treatment of autonomic dysfunction: B vitamins, glutamine and other drugs can be used. However, it should be noted that drug allergy is prohibited. (2) for irritability, anxiety, insomnia and other symptoms of treatment: can be used as appropriate diazepam, eszopiclone and other drugs. However, it should be noted that it is prohibited for pregnant and lactating women, newborns and so on. (3) For the treatment of headache: acetaminophen and other pain relieving drugs can be used as appropriate, but need to pay attention to the accompanying stress ulcers and other conditions prohibited. It is recommended that patients suspected of having concussion syndrome should go to the hospital in time and be actively treated under the guidance of the doctor.
