Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan contains Zhi Mu, Cornus officinalis, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Radix et Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Radix et Rhizoma Poriae, Poria, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Radix et Rhizoma Zedoary. It is effective in reducing fire and nourishing yin. It is used in treating yin deficiency and fire exuberance, dry mouth and sore throat, hot flashes and night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, but sweating stops after waking up), short and red urine (small amount of urine with dark yellow color), tinnitus, and spermatorrhea.
