How to get rid of hard pimples

Hard pimples may be acne, sebaceous cysts, boils and other diseases, which can be eliminated by medication such as retinoic acid ointment and surgical treatment.
1. Acne: It is a chronic inflammatory disease of the sebaceous glands of hair follicles, clinically manifested as hard and painful nodules on the surface of the skin, preferably on the cheeks, jaws and other parts of the body. It can be treated by topical retinoic acid ointment, fusidic acid cream and other drugs combined with oral isotretinoin and other drugs.
2. Sebaceous cysts: These are cysts formed by the blockage of sebaceous gland ducts, resulting in the gradual accumulation of sebum, and clinically manifested as round, hard nodules with clear boundaries. It can be treated by surgical excision.
3. Boils: acute purulent inflammation deep in the hair follicle, clinically manifested as a hemispherical firm nodule with redness on the surface. It can usually heal on its own without treatment, or can be treated by topical antibiotics such as mupirocin.
