How to boost children’s immunity

Children need balanced nutrition, moderate exercise and timely treatment when immunodeficiency-related diseases are detected to improve their immunity.
1. Balanced nutrition: balanced and comprehensive nutrition is an important factor in ensuring children’s immunity, do not develop the bad habit of picky eating, partiality, all kinds of food should be consumed in moderation, in order to provide the various nutrients needed for growth and development.
