Cure rates for non-Hodgkin diffuse b-cell lymphoma

With treatment, the remission rate for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma exceeds 70%, but only 50% to 60% of patients achieve long-term disease-free survival.
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, accounting for about 40% of cases, and most are primary diffuse large B-cell lymphomas.
Current treatment mainly includes radiotherapy and targeted therapy. Treatment remission rates for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma exceed 70%, but ultimately only 50% to 60% of patients achieve long-term disease-free survival.
The classic treatment regimen for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the R-CHOP regimen of rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone. Follow-up results have shown that this regimen can lead to a prolongation of the overall survival time of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma by approximately 5 years.
Treatment of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma should be under the supervision of a physician.
