How to digest quickly

Poor digestion is usually considered gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome and other digestive disorders caused by massage and other physical methods, mosapride, trimethoprim and other drugs to regulate and promote digestion.
1. Gastroenteritis: mostly related to patients eating unclean, poorly digested food, patients are advised to massage the abdomen regularly to promote gastrointestinal peristalsis; appropriate use of gastric stimulants and digestive enzyme preparations to accelerate the digestion and absorption of food, such as Mosapride, Trimethoprim, polypeptide tablets and so on. If caused by bacterial infection, antibiotics such as norfloxacin can be used.
2. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): When the patient is under stress and too nervous and anxious, dyspepsia may occur. At this time, it is recommended that the patient relaxes and has a regular work and rest schedule; and take probiotics to regulate the intestinal flora and promote digestion, such as Bacillus subtilis and Bifidobacterium bifidum.
If the above symptoms are not relieved, or accompanied by other symptoms, you should go to the hospital in a timely manner, to identify the cause of the problem and then give targeted treatment. All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication.
