Can seborrheic eczema heal on its own?

Seborrheic eczema, generally referred to as seborrheic dermatitis. Seborrheic dermatitis causes a rash that can be self-cured by improving daily habits when symptoms are mild, while severe symptoms require medication. Seborrheic dermatitis is a chronic, recurring inflammatory disease of the head, face, chest and back, mainly characterized by erythema with flaking or, when inflammation is evident, vesicles and oozing. Generally, seborrheic dermatitis with mild symptoms does not need treatment. Improve daily living habits, get enough sleep, don’t stay up late, eat a light diet, limit fatty and sugary diet, avoid spicy and stimulating foods, quit smoking and drinking, avoid excessive cleaning of the skin, and use mild moisturizers, and it can be gradually recovered by itself. Severe symptoms require medication, which should use sulfur and salicylic acid under doctor’s guidance, tetracycline or erythromycin for bacterial infections, and itraconazole for fungal infections.
