Foods with the effect of dispersing knots include Xia Ku Cao and Kombu.
1. Xia Gu Cao: It can clear the liver and fire, brighten the eyes, disperse knots and eliminate swelling. It is used for eye redness and swelling pain, scrofula (mainly refers to neck lymph node tuberculosis), gall tumor (equivalent to thyroid tumor), breast fetish (pain and lumps in the breast, closely related to menstrual cycle and emotional changes, equivalent to breast hyperplasia) and so on.
2. Kombu: kelp, can eliminate phlegm, soften and dissipate hard lumps (soften and dissipate hard lumps), diuresis and swelling. It is used for gall tumor, scrofula, testicular swelling and pain, phlegm (pathological products formed by impaired water metabolism) edema.
3. Job’s tears: can diuresis and seepage of dampness (to promote the operation of water to dispel dampness), strengthen the spleen and stop diarrhea, remove paralysis, drainage of pus, detoxification and dispersal of nodules. 4. Allium sativum: It can promote Yang dispersal of knots, move Qi and direct stagnation. It is used for chest paralysis (chest pain), heart pain, epigastric (stomach and abdomen) plumpness (stomach fullness and discomfort), swelling and pain, diarrhea and dysentery.
5. Dandelion: It can clear away heat and detoxify toxins, reduce swelling and dissipate lumps, diuretic and diaphoretic (improve the problem of dribbling and urination, and the problem of small amount of urine not being able to pass). It is used for breast carbuncle, scrofula, redness of the eyes, sore throat, intestinal carbuncle, damp-heat jaundice, heat drenching (burning and stinging pain during urination, accompanied by urinary frequency and urgency, and discomfort of traction in the abdomen) and astringent pain.
