If the insect flies into the ear, if it is a phototropic insect, it can be attracted by light to make it crawl out, or it can be taken out by oil, ethanol and other substances to make the insect stick or anesthetized.
1. For active insects flying into the ear, crawling and commotion in the external ear canal, which can cause earache, noise or damage to the eardrum, if it is a phototropic insect, it can be irradiated with flashlight in the ear hole in the dark place, and under the guidance of light, the insect can crawl out of the ear.
2. If it is ineffective under the light condition, or the insect crawls to the tympanic membrane uninterruptedly, it is advisable to use oil or ethanol etc. to drop into the ear first, or place the cotton ball soaked with volatile anesthetics, such as ether, in the external ear canal, so that the insect will be adhered to, anesthetized, or killed, and then rinsed and discharged or clamped out with tweezers.
