Location of Ah Yes Point

The location of A-shi points is not fixed.
A-shi points (points with obvious sensations of acidity, numbness, distension and pain), also known as “Tian Ying points”, are a special type of acupuncture points that use pressure and pain points and localized reaction points of the lesion as the site of needling.
This type of acupoint has neither a fixed name nor a fixed location, and there is no fixed number of acupoints, which are collectively referred to as “Ah Yes” acupoints. Ashi acupoints are taken with pain as the acupoint, and the patient will feel pain when pressing the localized reaction point of the disease in the body.
A Shi acupoints are widely used in clinical practice, mainly in the treatment of pain-related diseases, and have a good effect on pain relief. In addition to acupuncture, bloodletting, moxibustion, and massage can also be performed at this point. This point is also often used as a complementary point in the treatment of diseases.
