Adenomatous polyp low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia is a precancerous lesion that commonly occurs in the GI tract, and is commonly treated with resection under GI endoscopy and regular postoperative GI endoscopic review. Although adenomatous polyp low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia is a precancerous lesion, there is a chance of malignancy if it is left untreated for a long period of time. Therefore, when a patient is diagnosed with this disease, the polyp should be removed completely through gastrointestinal endoscopy, after which the physician will conduct pathologic examination of the relevant tissues to ensure that the lesion is completely removed. After the removal of polyps, there is still a possibility of recurrence, so patients should have regular gastroscopy and colonoscopy after the operation. A light diet is recommended. For patients diagnosed with adenomatous polyps and low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, they should go to the relevant departments of regular hospitals as soon as possible for treatment under the guidance of specialized physicians, so as to avoid delaying the condition and causing adverse events.
