Stroke paralysis of the right side of the limbs needs to be treated with rehabilitation exercises as soon as possible after the condition has stabilized.
Hemiplegia due to stroke is the most common sequela, and the degree of paralysis varies according to the severity of the stroke. After hemiplegia, rehabilitation exercises need to be carried out as soon as possible after the condition has stabilized. It generally includes physical training, instrumental training and physical factor therapy.
For mildly paralyzed limbs, patients still have a certain degree of mobility and are encouraged to carry out active exercises for each joint part and make corresponding movements. The less severe the paralysis, the greater the chance of recovering normal movement at a later stage.
If one limb is completely paralyzed and unable to move, a qualified therapist can help the patient to perform passive activities. However, a completely paralyzed limb is usually difficult to recover. Moreover, rehabilitation physiotherapy should be carried out as early as possible; after six months of the onset of the disease, the possibility of further recovery is very small.
