What’s wrong with the right side of your neck?

Possible causes of pain on the right side of the neck include: subacute thyroiditis, thyroid cancer, cervical spondylosis, acute and chronic injuries and so on.
1. Subacute thyroiditis: Subacute thyroiditis is a kind of thyroiditis related to viral infection, mostly secondary to upper respiratory tract viral infection. 4. Acute and chronic injuries of the neck: Sudden and violent turning of the neck may cause strains of the neck muscles and ligaments and cause pain, sedentary or long-term head down crowd due to the neck for a long time in a position is easy to cause chronic strain of the neck and pain.
