The causes of elevated plasma fibrinogen include pregnancy, acute myocardial infarction and cerebral thrombosis, etc. The clinical symptoms are mainly the manifestations of the original disease.
The clinical symptoms caused by different causes may be different. During pregnancy, the blood will be in a state of hypercoagulation, and a slight increase in plasma fibrinogen is usually normal; if it is caused by acute myocardial infarction, the patient will have chest pain, chest tightness, fainting, etc.; if it is caused by cerebral thrombosis, the patient will mainly manifest headache, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms.
