Lung cancer face change?

Most of lung cancers have no change in face color, but when there is extrapulmonary manifestation, there may be dark change in face color, and there may be pale change in face color when there is anemia. Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor in clinic, coughing up blood is a common clinical manifestation of lung cancer, and since the lesion can hardly affect the nerve and blood vessels of the face, the change of face color is less likely to occur. However, when there are extrapulmonary manifestations, the color of the face may be dark, and the color of the face may be pale when accompanied with anemia and other diseases. In recent years, the diagnosis of lung cancer mainly relies on imaging and pathological examination, especially the improvement of the accuracy of CT, which can detect lung cancer without obvious symptoms, which is often in early stage and can achieve better therapeutic effect. Therefore, when the patients show obvious clinical symptoms, most of them are in middle or late stage, and the prognosis is often poor. Therefore, lung cancer is usually not accompanied by facial changes, but when there are extrapulmonary manifestations, there may be facial changes, and there may be facial changes when there is anemia.
