Lung cancer pulmonary effusion is pleural effusion, and the specific treatment methods include drainage of the effusion or chemotherapy inside the chest cavity.
1. Drainage of effusion: if it is exudative pleural effusion, it can be directly drained by thoracocentesis, and the effusion will be gradually released by surgery so as to alleviate the symptoms.
2. Intrathoracic chemotherapy: in case of malignant tumor effusion, intrathoracic chemotherapy is needed at the same time of drainage, e.g. cisplatin or carboplatin can be injected into the thoracic cavity to carry out the treatment; the drugs can be heated up and then injected into the thoracic cavity through heat therapy, which can strengthen the penetration effect of drugs and increase the killing effect on tumor cells.
In addition, lung cancer patients with effusion should go to hospital in time to avoid other serious complications.
