First of all there is no way to quickly relieve leg pain in students. Physiological factors such as lactic acid buildup and ill-fitting shoes and pathological factors such as muscle strain, joint capsule injury and arthropathy need to be treated with physical therapy, heat, medication and surgery to cause leg pain in students. 1. Physiological factors (1) Lactic acid buildup: If you lack exercise in general and exercise too much before running, it may lead to lactic acid buildup in the leg muscles, which may cause running leg pain. Rest and massage are needed. (2) Ill-fitting shoes: ill-fitting shoes when students are running may also cause impact or overloading of the lower limbs, resulting in leg pain when the child is running. Replacement of well-fitting shoes is needed for relief. 2. Pathological factors (1) Muscle strain: If students do not have warm-up exercises and suddenly run with a lot of stretching of muscles, leg muscle strain may occur and running leg pain may occur. Physiotherapy hot packs and rest are needed. (2) Damage to the joint capsule: The large amount of exercise during running may lead to overloading of the leg muscles of the lower limbs, thus causing damage to the joint capsule and soft tissues, and the phenomenon of leg pain may occur during running. Hot compresses and physiotherapy are needed, and anti-inflammatory and pain relieving drugs such as ibuprofen should be taken orally. (3) Joint lesions: If there are meniscus injuries, ligament injuries or even bone tumors, students will also experience leg pain when running, accompanied by obvious popping sensations. Detailed examination is needed and surgical treatment should be considered. Students should not be careless about the symptoms of leg pain, it is best to go to the hospital for a careful examination to confirm the diagnosis.
