There is no sperm inside normal prostate fluid. Sperm is produced by the testes and together with prostate fluid, seminal vesicle fluid and urethral bulbous fluid, it makes up semen. Prostate fluid is secreted by the prostate gland. Prostate fluid is a milky-white, thin liquid. Normal prostate fluid does not contain sperm, and its main components are water, protein and some enzymes, which are the main components of semen. Sperm is produced by the testes, develops and matures in the epididymis, and then passes through the vas deferens, mixes with prostate fluid and fluid seminal vesicle fluid and is discharged out of the body through the urethra. Although there are no sperms inside the prostate fluid, prostate fluid is not secreted separately during ejaculation and is usually expelled from the body in the form of semen.
