Dried cinnamon may cause fire if you eat too much.
Dried gui yuan, known as longan meat in traditional Chinese medicine, is the flesh of the sun-dried mature fruit of the longan. Dried gui yuan is warm in nature, sweet in taste, and has the effects of nourishing the heart and calming the mind (stabilizing the mind by nourishing the heart), replenishing qi and nourishing blood. Dried cinnamon yuans are suitable for people with deficiency of qi and blood, as well as people with insomnia.
Dried Gui Yuan is a dual-purpose medicinal product. When used as food steamed, it may have a certain effect of tonifying qi and blood, but it cannot replace the therapeutic effect of medicines.
Because the properties of dried cinnamon are warm, eating too much of it may cause fire, so it is not advisable to eat a lot of it to avoid catching fire. People on fire often eat dried cinnamon will make the symptoms more serious, not conducive to the recovery of the condition, and thus should not be taken by people on fire. People with internal phlegm fire, phlegm drink (pathological products formed by impaired water metabolism) and water-dampness internal stagnation (water-dampness stays in the body) should not take it.
Chinese medicines should be used under the guidance of a doctor, and blind use may lead to undesirable consequences.
