Kidney-Yang deficiency resulting in profuse discharges, dribbling, pale in color, lumbago and fear of cold can be treated with Da Tian Yuan Decoction. If there is a lot of leakage caused by blood heat, dark red color, thick texture, heartburn, insomnia, dizziness, red face, one can take Clearing Heat and Fixing Menstruation Decoction. For discharges caused by Spleen deficiency, such as heavy or profuse discharges, pale in color, weakness, fatigue (lack of spirit), lack of desire to eat, and swelling of the face, take Solid Punch Decoction. If the amount of leakage caused by blood stasis is more or less, the leakage is incomplete, the color of blood is dull with clots, the pain in the abdomen refuses to be pressed, and the tongue is purple and dark with petechiae, then Dayui Zhu Tang can be taken to stop the leakage.
