Can uremia be cured in its early stages?

Uremia is not curable in the early stage. In the diagnosis of uremia need to meet two conditions, the first condition is that creatinine has reached more than 707umol/l, glomerular filtration rate is less than 10ml/min, the second condition is that the reduction of renal function is due to chronic kidney diseases, such as chronic glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy, hypertensive nephropathy and so on. It can be seen here that the failure of renal function is due to chronic factors, that is, these diseases have left their roots in the body for a long time, so the early stage of uremia is not curable. Once it enters the uremic stage, this is when renal replacement therapy needs to be given. It mainly includes two methods, the first method is to give regular hemodialysis treatment, 2-3 times per week, and the second treatment is kidney transplantation. Compared with hemodialysis, this kind of treatment is more adequate for removing toxins. However, this treatment is more expensive and requires long-term use of immunosuppressants.
