What are the six lipid markers?

The six lipids are total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, ApoA and ApoB. Lipid test is mainly a quantitative measurement of lipids in the blood. By checking the lipids in the plasma, it can prevent or know whether the patient suffers from obesity, atherosclerosis, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, nephrotic syndrome and some other cardiovascular diseases. Each of the six indicators of blood lipids has a certain significance. For example, the normal range of total cholesterol is 2.8-6.5mmol/L, and its increase is mostly seen in bile duct obstruction, nephrotic syndrome, chronic glomerulonephritis, atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and so on, or the patients consume high-fat food for a long time, mental stress and so on. Decrease of this index is often seen in severe anemia, acute infection, hyperthyroidism and malnutrition. Other common abnormalities of the normal range of lipid indicators is for, triglycerides is 0.56-1.70mmol / L, HDL cholesterol in the range of 1.03-2.07mmoL / L, LDL cholesterol in the 1.0-4.4mmol / L range. If the patient is dyslipidemia, it is recommended to actively seek medical treatment to improve the relevant examination, accept the doctor’s professional diagnosis and treatment, the patient should not be self-diagnosis and treatment, so as not to delay the condition.
