Brain stromal tumor refers to glioblastoma, a group of tumors originating from neuroepithelial sources. 1. The specific cause of glioma is not clear, usually it may be related to ionizing radiation, genetic mutation, long-term exposure to chemical substances and so on. 2. When glioma involves the frontal lobe, there will be mental disorders such as emotional apathy, mania and hallucinations; when it involves the temporal lobe, there will be psychomotor seizures; when it involves the frontal lobe, there will be hemiparesis and aphasia; when it involves the parietal lobe, there will be hemiplegia and hemisensory disorders; and when it involves the occipital lobe, there will be visual field disorders. Accumulation of the brainstem will lead to hemiparesis and choking on drinking water; involvement of the cerebellum will lead to unsteady walking and ataxia. 3. Patients can know whether there are tumor lesions in the brain through imaging examinations such as cranial MRI and CT, and clarify their size, location, number, etc., which can initially determine whether they are gliomas or not. 4. Treatment is mainly based on surgery, together with medication. It is preferred to resect the tumor tissue as much as possible under the premise of preserving function, and then radiotherapy is synchronized with chemotherapy, continuing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, in addition to other comprehensive treatment measures such as electric field treatment. It is recommended that patients with glioma should go to the hospital in time to follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment after diagnosis.
