Colds are not detoxification, colds include the common cold and influenza, of which the common cold belongs to the acute upper respiratory tract infection, which is also called acute nasopharyngitis in modern medicine, is an acute upper respiratory tract infection mainly characterized by nasal symptoms and pharyngeal symptoms. It is mainly caused by viral infections, such as rhinovirus, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, coxsackievirus and so on, and its clinical symptoms mainly include fever, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat and so on. The vast majority of them are self-limiting, with a course of about 7 days, while influenza is a respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza virus infection. The infected viruses include influenza A virus and influenza B virus, mostly transmitted through the respiratory tract via droplets, and its clinical symptoms mainly include chills, high fever, dizziness, headache, generalized muscle aches and pains, etc., while the symptoms of nasal congestion, runny nose and sore throat are relatively mild. Detoxification is not a medical term, much less a medical disease, so there is no relationship between colds and detoxification.
