Some patients in early stage of lung cancer sleep abnormally, such as insomnia, night terrors, dreamy and so on.

Note that insomnia may also occur when waking up early, which will seriously affect the quality of sleep.
2. Night terrors: Night terrors in early stage of lung cancer may be caused by cough, shortness of breath or dyspnea due to lung cancer, which may lead to straightening of eyes, shortness of breath, accelerated heart rate and uneasiness when the patient wakes up in the middle of a dream, and he/she usually goes back to sleep again after the symptoms are relieved.
