It is important to stop the bleeding from a punch in the nose, first to stop the bleeding and to clarify the severity of the injury. Skull base fracture: when the nose trauma bleeding, and accompanied by one or both sides of the nostrils of the continuous flow of clear liquid, should consider whether there is a cerebrospinal fluid leakage, easy to lead to intracranial infection. Or if there is rupture of the anterior sieve artery, rupture of the internal carotid artery and rupture of a pseudoaneurysm due to a skull base fracture, the bleeding will be large, leading to severe nosebleeds and even life-threatening.
