Crawling in patients with lumbar lordosis is not conducive to the recovery of the organism and should be avoided as much as possible.
Lumbar lordosis refers to the disappearance of the normal forward physiologic curvature of the lumbar spine, instead of bending to the back side. Crawling will bend over and bear weight, which actually aggravates the degree of lumbar lordosis and is not conducive to recovery.
Long-term stooping and crawling may lead to degenerative changes in the lumbar spine, and the physiological curvature may straighten out or even become retroverted. Therefore, patients with lumbar lordosis should avoid crawling, sitting for a long time, bending over and other actions to reduce the load on the lumbar region.
Patients with lumbar lordosis should pay attention to strengthening the exercise of lumbar back muscles, timely medical treatment for hot compresses, massage and other rehabilitation physiotherapy training, and usually pay attention to rest to avoid lumbar muscle strain caused by bad habits that lead to lumbar lordosis.
