What to do about postmenopausal cervical cysts

Cervical cysts refer to cervical gland cysts, which do not require special treatment if they appear after menopause without any discomfort, and if necessary, physical therapy or surgery according to the size of the cyst.

1. No treatment is needed: if cervical cysts appear after menopause, if there is no obvious discomfort, most of them are physiological, no need to be overly nervous, and generally do not need special treatment.

2. Physical therapy: If postmenopausal patients with cervical adenocarcinoma experience discomfort, but the size of the cyst is small, physical therapy such as laser, freezing and microwave can be used to improve the condition.

3. Surgery: If postmenopausal cervical adenocarcinoma is large and accompanied by discomfort, surgery is recommended. Common surgical methods include cervical adenocarcinoma stoma and hysteroscopic electrosurgery.

It is recommended that patients actively seek medical treatment and cooperate with doctors to take reasonable treatment measures.
