Is vitelliform degeneration cancerous?

Vitreous degeneration may be cancerous. Because this condition is not treated in time it may lead to some other lesions. In some patients, vitreous degeneration is a benign lesion, but it must be controlled in time. Vitreous degeneration, also called hyaline degeneration, refers to the appearance of uniform, structureless translucent proteins in diseased cells or mesenchymal tissues. Different types of vitreous degeneration have different clinical manifestations. There are many types of pathologic changes, some long-term and some short-term. There are three main types of vitreous degeneration: 1. fibrous connective tissue. 2. fine arterial wall 3. intracellular. Currently, the cause of vitelliform degeneration is unknown and it is difficult to treat. The symptoms of vitreoid degeneration vary in severity and are related to the primary disease. Further deterioration of vitelliform degeneration requires prompt treatment. If it is more severe, it must be treated promptly.
