In the past five years, the author has been working on a series of studies based on the “Ling Shu? The official needles: “Where there are nine pricks to strain.” In the past five years, the author has been treating this disease with acupuncture points from the left and right cross-meridians according to the “Ling Shu? 1. General information: 80 cases met the diagnostic criteria of frozen shoulder, 33 of them were male and 47 female, the age of the patients ranged from 39 to 74 years old, especially those over 50 years old. 2.Treatment method: Calvary shoulder, front shoulder, shoulder iliac, Quchi, and strip mouth on the healthy side. Then connect two electrodes of “C,6805” electro-acupuncture therapy instrument to shoulder Calvary, shoulder front, shoulder iliac, Quchi, and the mouth of the strip respectively. Adopt continuous wave, the current intensity is as strong as the patient can tolerate, keep the needle for 30rain. 1 time per day, lo times for 1 course of treatment, the course of treatment interval 4 days. 3. Typical case: Liu, female, 5l years old, was first diagnosed on December 19, 2002. He had a history of trauma 1 month ago and was examined by orthopedic radiographs. The film showed that the shoulder joint was in position, and Fenbid and Panax notoginseng tablets were given orally and pain relief cream was applied externally. Now she cannot comb her hair, take a bath, put on and take off clothes on her own, she is lighter every day and heavier every night, she came to our department for acupuncture treatment. Diagnosis in Chinese medicine: “paralysis”. Diagnosis in Western medicine: traumatic frozen shoulder. Evidence: stagnation of qi and blood, pain if not open. Treatment is to invigorate the blood and open the channels. Take the shoulder wren, shoulder front, shoulder dew, Quchi, and strip mouth on the healthy side. Operation method: The patient is sitting or lying on his back, the needle and acupuncture points are sterilized with 75% alcohol routinely, the needle is stabbed with No. 28 milli-needle, the technique is carried out by lifting and inserting the nimble, the diarrhea method, after getting the qi, the patient is asked to move the shoulder joint on the affected side to make the qi and blood flow smoothly. Then the “G6805” electro-acupuncture instrument, two electrodes were connected to the shoulder Calvary, shoulder front, shoulder thigh, Quchi, using continuous wave, the current intensity to the extent that the patient can tolerate. The patient was treated with continuous wave and the current intensity was as high as the patient could tolerate. The needle was left for 30 min, once a day, 10 times as a course of treatment. 5. Experience 5.1 Giant acupuncture method belongs to one of the nine ancient acupuncture points. In the chapter of “Ling Shu – Official Needle”, it is said that “the giant prick is taken from the left to the right and from the right to the left.” This is a kind of left disease to take the right, right disease to take the left, left and right cross treatment method. The meridian theory of ancestral medicine believes that the human hand and foot Yangming all meet in the large vertebrae point of the Governor’s vein, so the vein qi left and right cross, so acupuncture points on the healthy side of the limb, can treat the opposite side of the disease, reduce the pain of the affected side of the needle, to achieve the purpose of treatment. 5.2 Acupuncture has the effect of analgesia, improving circulation, relieving muscle tension and improving muscle fatigue, which has the same therapeutic effect through the treatment of patients with frozen shoulder, which is where the treatment mechanism of giant acupuncture lies. Using giant acupuncture to move the body position and move the affected shoulder, the patient has less pain and is happy to accept it.
