Conduction blocks include atrioventricular (AV) block and right and left bundle branch block, either of which cannot be completely self-cured and need to be treated according to the cause. Atrioventricular block includes four types, namely, first degree, second degree type I, second degree type II, and third degree atrioventricular block, which may be caused by diseases such as myocarditis, vagal excitation, and organic heart disease, and requires prompt treatment, and usually cannot be cured by itself. Right and left bundle branch conduction block is caused by organic heart disease or some medical injury, which cannot be self-healed and needs to be treated with appropriate measures for the cause and the underlying disease. Regardless of the type of conduction block, you should go to the hospital for timely consultation and treatment under the guidance of your doctor, take rest and avoid strenuous activities and exertion in your daily life.
