What to eat when coughing with lung deficiency

Coughing with lung deficiency can be treated with lung qi tonic medicines such as Lung Tonifying Pills, and yin-supporting and lung-moisturizing (nourishing the lungs by replenishing the lung fluid) medicines such as Nourishing Yin Clearing Lung Pills. 1. Lung qi tonic drugs: treating lung qi deficiency caused by coughing and wheezing due to prolonged illness and insufficient qi biochemistry, often with symptoms such as physical fatigue, low and timid voice, spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime, aggravated by sweating with a little movement), coughing and wheezing with no energy, shortness of breath, sputum with a lot of clear and thin phlegm, and fear of the wind. Lung tonic pill and Yu Ping Feng San are more commonly used. People with external cough should not take lung tonic pills. 2.
