What are the side effects of Raytheon?

Raezid generic name is Entecavir and it is an antiviral drug. The main side effects include neurological reactions, gastrointestinal reactions, hepatic and renal impairment, hyperlactatemia, osteoporosis and so on. 1. Neurological reactions: mainly headache, dizziness, fatigue, drowsiness, and sometimes insomnia. 2. Digestive tract reactions: mainly acid reflux, hiccups (burping), nausea, vomiting, heartburn, indigestion, abdominal pain, diarrhea and so on. 3. Hepatic and renal impairment: Hepatic impairment can lead to elevated aminotransferases, and renal impairment can lead to elevated blood creatinine and decreased glomerular filtration rate. 4. Hyperlactatemia: blood lactate level will increase in some patients after using the drug, which will cause brain and muscle metabolism disorders, resulting in adverse effects. 5. Osteoporosis: some patients may develop osteoporosis, which may be related to calcium ion metabolism disorders and increased risk of fracture. This product is indicated for the treatment of chronic adult hepatitis B with active viral replication, persistently elevated serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or liver histology showing active lesions. It is also indicated for the treatment of nucleoside-primed pediatric patients 2 to 18 years of age with chronic HBV-infected compensated liver disease. It is contraindicated in persons who are hypersensitive to entecavir or any component of the formulation.
