Pulling down the earlobes: use the index thumbs of both hands to gently pull down the earlobes of both ears and massage the acupoints on the head, which can assist in relieving headache, dizziness, toothache and facial boils. Push and press both ears: Rub the palms of both hands together, push and press from the top of the back of both ears, forward and downward, and massage the whole ear. Pinch earlobes: pinch the earlobes with the thumbs and forefingers of both hands, rub repeatedly, and gently pull the ears downward several times. Seek medical attention when discomfort occurs. Ear massage can play a very limited role and can only be used as an adjunctive treatment or health care modality.
