Symptoms of HIV infection in women

Symptoms of HIV infection in women can be categorized into acute stage, asymptomatic stage and AIDS stage; acute stage is most commonly characterized by fever, asymptomatic stage generally has no specific signs and symptoms, AIDS stage is commonly characterized by persistent fever, generalized diffuse lymph node enlargement and so on.
1. Acute phase: the virus enters the body about 1 to 2 weeks after the performance of the symptoms, the most common fever, can also be accompanied by rash, headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, general malaise, fatigue, weakness and so on.
2. Asymptomatic stage: It is transferred from the acute stage to this stage, or directly into this stage. Clinically, there may not be any symptom, but because the virus continues to replicate in this period, it is infectious.
3. AIDS stage: AIDS-related symptoms and signs appear, such as diarrhea, persistent fever, diffuse lymph node swelling, weight loss of 10% or more within six months, and various serious opportunistic infections and tumors.
If AIDS infection is suspected, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to get a clear diagnosis and treatment.
