Where are the testicles located?

The testicles are located within the male scrotum, one on each side, usually the left testicle is lower than the right one, and they are oval in shape with a relatively smooth surface. The testicle has two sides, two edges and two ends, the outside is more convex, the inside is more bland, the anterior edge does not have any tissue in and out, while the posterior edge has blood vessels, lymph vessels, nerves, etc. in and out, and the vas deferens is in contact with the epididymis, and the upper end is adherent to the posterior edge belonging to the head of the epididymis, while the lower end is free. The testes grow as men mature sexually, and as they age, their function declines and they shrink and become smaller. The testes are responsible for the production of semen, as well as the secretion of androgens and the maintenance of male secondary sex characteristics, such as the laryngeal nodes, body hair, and beard. If you find any testicular abnormality, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to avoid delaying the condition and causing serious consequences.
