1. 3. Glucocorticoids: commonly used are prednisone, hydrocortisone, etc., which have strong anti-inflammatory effects. It is not recommended to use a large amount of long-term, so as not to lead to osteoporosis, gastrointestinal reactions, hypertension, diabetes and other adverse reactions
4. Promote uric acid excretion drugs: commonly used for benzbromarone, probenecid, etc., can inhibit uric acid reabsorption through renal tubules, increase uric acid excretion, reduce blood uric acid. Uric acid stones should not be used.
5. Inhibition of uric acid synthesis drugs: commonly used drugs are febuxostat, allopurinol, etc., can inhibit xanthine oxidase, blocking hypoxanthine, xanthine into uric acid, thereby reducing blood uric acid levels. Adverse reactions mainly include liver function abnormalities, diarrhea and so on.
