The staging of gastric ulcers is roughly divided into three stages, including active stage, healing stage and scarring stage, and the specific staging should be analyzed and judged according to the development of gastric ulcers.
1. Active stage: active stage is also called A stage, which is divided into A1 stage and A2 stage, A1 stage belongs to the period of serious ulcer, local congestion, edema and so on, A2 stage is lighter than A1 stage, belongs to the period after the recovery of A1 stage, at this time, the symptomatic response will be improved, and the phenomenon of congestion and edema will be gradually restored.
2. Healing period: the healing period is also called H period, which is also divided into H1 and H2 periods, belonging to the period when the ulcer is about to be healed, H1 period is mainly the gradual healing of the ulcer, but there will still be congestion and inflammation symptoms, H2 period inflammation is no longer particularly obvious, and the ulcer is also gradually healing.
3. Scar stage: Scar stage is also called S stage, there are S1 stage and S2 stage, S1 stage is the transition period of S2 stage, at this time, the ulcer has not completely recovered, but has gradually formed a scar, to the S2 stage, the ulcer has been completely healed into the state of scar.
Because the development of gastric ulcers is not the same, so the duration of each period will be different, once found that gastric ulcers should be timely to the hospital for examination and treatment.
