What is the scope of application of suglizumab



Suglizumab is indicated for metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.

Suglizumab is a human immunoglobulin G4 monoclonal antibody drug which slows down tumor growth and its indication is non-small cell lung cancer.

Suglizumab in combination with carboplatin as well as paclitaxel can be used as a first-line treatment option for metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer. Metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that is mutation-negative for the epidermal growth factor receptor gene and kinase-negative for mesenchymal lymphoma can also be treated with suglizumab in combination with pemetrexed and carboplatin as first-line therapy.

ADVERSE REACTIONS: The most common adverse drug reactions associated with this drug include fever, anemia, hypothyroidism, proteinuria, abnormal thyroid function tests, elevated alanine aminotransferase, and elevated aspartate aminotransferase.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: The drug must be contraindicated in people with hypersensitivity reactions to any of the components contained in suglizumab.

Suglizumab must be used in strict accordance with medical advice, and any abnormalities during the use of the drug should be promptly notified to the physician.
