Does abnormal perfusion of the liver require treatment

Abnormal perfusion of the liver can be seen in hepatic hemangioma, cirrhosis, liver tumor and so on, which is an abnormal manifestation and needs active treatment.
1. Vascular malformations such as hepatic hemangioma, mainly arteriovenous vascular malformations of the liver, are the most common benign tumors. Most of them are asymptomatic and can be reviewed regularly without treatment. However, if the hemangioma presses the neighboring tissues, it will produce loss of appetite, jaundice, vomiting, etc. If the hemangioma ruptures, it can cause severe abdominal pain.
Therefore, large hemangiomas or ruptured hemangiomas should be actively treated and surgically removed.
2. The formation of collateral circulation in the decompensated stage of liver cirrhosis and the formation of portal vein thrombosis can cause abnormal perfusion of liver, and the treatment is mainly to limit the intake of sodium salt and use diuretics to reduce edema. The main treatment is to limit sodium intake, use diuretics to reduce edema, and standardize the treatment for the causes of cirrhosis to prevent it from progressing to liver failure or liver cancer.
3. Surgical resection is the main treatment for liver tumors, and liver transplantation is feasible if the effect of resection is poor and conditions are available.
Abnormal hepatic perfusion is a manifestation of disease, which should be promptly consulted and standardized under the guidance of doctors.
