What causes eye boogers?

Eye droppings may be caused by external stimulation, eye inflammation, tear duct blockage and so on. 1. External stimulation: after being stimulated by eyelashes, radiation, dust, late night, bright light, or high temperature, it is easy to have eye fatigue, which leads to an increase in eyelid secretion, so there will be eye boogers. 2. Eye inflammation: most common in conjunctivitis, usually due to colds, cold or eye contact with pollutants, in addition to long eye droppings, there will be symptoms of eye congestion, pain and dryness. 3. Lacrimal duct blockage: As the tears secreted by the lacrimal gland need to be discharged through the tear duct, lacrimal tubule, lacrimal sac, and nasolacrimal duct outside into the nasal cavity, if the nasolacrimal duct appears to be blocked, the discharge of tears will be hindered, thus allowing tears to pool in the lacrimal sac, which will result in the occurrence of lacrimal sac inflammation, and the occurrence of bogey in the eyes. There are several possible reasons for having eye boogers, and you should seek medical attention and treatment under the guidance of your doctor.
