Common rehabilitation training methods for frozen shoulder include pendulum movement, wall climbing movement, towel pulling movement, wing movement and so on.
1. Pendulum movement: the patient’s body is bent forward at 90 degrees, the affected limb is completely relaxed and sagging, using gravity to swing back and forth, and moving to the maximum extent that the shoulder joint can bear. If the stability is poor, you can use the healthy side of the arm support on the table.
2. Climbing wall movement: stand facing the wall, arms close to the wall, alternately upward, to do wall-climbing-like action, until the highest point that can be reached, and then put down the arm, climb the wall again, as far as possible to reach and exceed this mark. Each group 20-30 times.
3. Pull the towel movement: stand, take a long towel, two hands each pulling a head, one hand on, one hand under, respectively, placed behind, the range of action can be from small to large. Each time 3 groups, each group 30 times.
4. Spreading the wings movement: stand, arms straight, lift to the sides, perpendicular to the body. After 10 to 15 seconds, put down the arms, so repeat the exercise. Each time 3 groups, each group 30 times.
It is recommended that patients with frozen shoulder consult a doctor in a timely manner, under the guidance of a professional doctor for treatment, according to the condition of the training program, do not blindly exercise, to avoid the adverse consequences.
