Red bumps on the scalp are a very common symptom, but if accompanied by obvious hair loss symptoms, the pointers will be more obvious, presumably caused by balding folliculitis, abscess perifolliculitis or seborrheic dermatitis on the head, and the patient is advised to seek medical attention to improve the relevant examination.
