There may be white precipitates in nephritis urine, which may be pus cells following co-infection, as there are two common causes of pus urine, non-specific and specific infections, including diseases such as pyelonephritis. In addition, it may be protein, possibly due to chronic glomerulonephritis, and a routine urine test should be performed to determine the nature of the white precipitate.
