What is the cause of white sediment in the urine in nephrotic syndrome?

Patients with nephrotic syndrome who have white precipitates in their urine are usually considered to have proteinuria, as the glomerular filtration rate increases due to kidney damage, and therefore tend to have more proteinuria.
In this case, a routine urine test should be seen promptly. Attention is needed as some nephrotic syndromes can lead to respiratory, digestive, urinary tract, skin soft tissue and sepsis complications.
