What causes shoulder pain

Shoulder pain is related to incorrect lifestyle, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, subacromial impingement syndrome and so on. 1. Incorrect lifestyle: cold shoulder, long time in the same position, etc. can lead to shoulder pain. 2. Frozen shoulder: Dull pain around the shoulder, obvious pain at night, interfering with sleeping, limited shoulder movement. 3. Rotator cuff injury: including infraspinatus, teres minor and subscapularis tendon, similar to the symptoms of frozen shoulder, may appear recurrent or continuous shoulder pain. 4. Subacromial impingement syndrome: caused by the rotator cuff impinging on the anterior 1/3 of the acromion, and is one of the main causes of chronic shoulder pain. There may be other reasons for shoulder pain. If the symptoms continue to be unrelieved, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for a complete examination to clarify the cause of the disease and then give targeted treatment or therapy.
